Termite Control

Every day America's homes are targeted by a dangerous predator that causes thousands of dollars worth of damage: subterranean termites. And often, there's no evidence of their presence until it's too late. These termites live in underground colonies and work 24 hours a day to destroy your home from the inside out. We have trained termite specialists to inspect your home inside and out to see if you have termites and identify the conditions in and around your home that are conducive to termite infestation.

Bed Bug Extermination

Bed Bugs can be introduced into structures through many different avenues such as used mattresses, furniture, luggage and travel bags from a recent trip. They can be brought in by you, on your clothing from a home that you were unaware had a Bed Bug infestation, etc. Bed Bugs are nocturnal and primarily come out at night to feed on people. They hide in tiny cracks in the day and are usually in close proximity to the food source (which is you). Our treatment is to target the hiding areas and treat them appropriately. The more access we have in your home, the greater the chance we have of eliminating them quickly.

Bed Bug Preparation ChecklistBed Bug

  1. Remove all bedding and linens from all mattresses and wash in the hottest water possible. Also remove all items from underneath the bed. Mattresses need to be placed against the wall.
  2. Mattresses and box spring should be discarded if heavily infested.  If mattress is being treated, they should be covered afterwards with zip-up mattress covers which can either be purchased locally or direct from us.
  3. Bed Pillows should be discarded or if, possible, washed in the hottest water possible.
  4. Sofas, chairs (if slept on) must be stripped.
  5. Empty all drawers and closets.  Wash all clothing in the hottest temperature possible and place them in new clean plastic bags until treatment is rendered (only if you choose to do your laundry before we treat).  NOTE: If laundry is done after the treatment, all bags must remain sealed tightly until washed and brought back in different plastic bags. (Please throw old plastic bags away and use clean new plastic bags to put clean laundry in when bringing them home). DO NOT PLACE CLOTHING BACK INTO DRAWERS AND CLOSETS UNTIL THE RE-TREAT IS DONE. RE-TREATS OCCUR IN 2-3 WEEKS OF INITIAL SERVICE.
  6. Remove all furniture away from the walls which gives us access to treat all areas.
  7. Remove all hanging pictures from wall, vacuum back and place them in one area of your home for treatment.
  8. Vacuum entire house prior to service and take vacuum cleaner outside to empty and throw away bag.
  9. Do not use your own over-the-counter material such as Raid, etc. over our material.
  10. Please remember that all occupants must remain out of the treated area for approximately (4) hours after the treatment is completed, or until all treated surfaces are dry. If you have asthma or any other breathing problems you may want to leave for 24 hours.  Do not walk on floors barefoot or lay on your bare mattress until material is dry.  After all material has dried you may put clean sheets on your mattress.
  11. Bedbugs can be difficult to eliminate and depending on the severity of the infestation a follow up appointment is necessary and is included in our price. The follow-up (re-treat) should take place within 2-3 weeks of the initial service.
  12. Bedbugs can be introduced into structures through many different avenues such as used mattresses, furniture, luggage and travel bags from a recent trip. They can be brought in by you, on your clothing; from a home that you were unaware had a bedbug infestation, etc.  Bedbugs are nocturnal and primarily come out at night to feed on people.  They hide in tiny cracks in the day and are usually in close proximity to the food source (which is you). Our treatment is to target the hiding areas and treat them appropriately -- the more access we have in your home, the greater the chance we have of eliminating them quickly.
  13. After the treatment is performed and the material has dried, we highly recommend using mattress and box spring covers on all mattresses/box springs.  We can supply those for you, at an additional cost, providing you let us know the day before.
  14. A follow up treatment is included in our price. It should take place within 2-3 weeks of the initial service.
